About the Role
Our Community lead is at the heart of Loloft in each market and is responsible for creating the environment that leads to a vibrant and successful business community. You will report to our Flagship Rogers location daily and be responsible for ensuring we meet our members’ needs. In addition, you’ll ensure we meet our goals for a best-in-class member experience through curated events based on members’ interests, cultivate connections and synergies within the community through thoughtful introductions, and create a welcoming and friendly environment for members and their guests.
Sales Support
Conduct building tours for prospective members as needed and work with active members who have growth-related needs (ie. need more space).
Be able to present Loloft pricing and value proposition to potential new members while sharing benefits tailored to their needs.
Move-In & Move Out
-Conduct pre-move-in meetings with new members to ensure a successful move-in.
-Complete the New Member Orientation process for all new members within the building.
-Create new member on-boarding materials such as welcome member notes, FAQ guides, etc to provide on move-in day.
-Conduct move-out interviews to understand the departing members’ overall experience.
Building Operations And Management
-Conduct morning walkthroughs to address any issues
-Know and explain Loloft policies and procedures and communicate, inform, and update members on building issues via email or in person.
-Manage the energy in the building, ensuring music levels, and activations are appropriate to the daypart and occasion.
-Oversee our third-party cleaning company to ensure space is kept up to standards
Events
-Set up and host regular social and educational events that help to create a vibrant community within our Rogers location.
-Manage & market special events Sales and Marketing, pop-ups & other relevant events
-Distribute all necessary info to promote the event, including creating and posting flyers and social campaigns.
Membership Engagement & Retention:
-You will report to your building each day and will be responsible for ensuring we meet our members’ needs.
-Schedule conversations with members regularly to understand their ongoing experience.
-Anticipate member and guest needs before they arise using relevant information collected about members to enhance and personalize their experience.
-Lead front/welcome desk coverage, ensuring consistent coverage during business hours.
Safety And Security
-Review and understand Loloft provided Emergency Action Plans and respond to instructions from
Leadership regarding emergency situations or security alerts.
Requirements
Minimum Requirements:
Customer service experience in a client facing/ front of house role
Experience working with software systems like Nexudus, Hubspot, Google for work, Notion
The ability to manage multiple tasks with conflicting priorities and an attitude to drive for results in every situation
Preferred Qualifications:
Expeirence as a community manager, or customer success role
Strong problem solving abilities and an ownership mindset
