members can increase or decrease their workspace size by providing 30 day’s notice. Membership terms run from 30 days to 12+ months.

Loloft takes the headaches out of closing small deals. Our broker commissions are in line with industry standards and
our closing process is very low touch for brokers. Once you refer a potential client, we take care of the rest. There is no need to meet the client on-site.
